A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information (name, address, email address).
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Your physical or electronic signature.
📝 Take-Down Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will notify the user who posted the material and provide them with the opportunity to file a Counter-Notice if they believe their content was wrongfully removed.
