🔁 No Refunds for Downloaded Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded.

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• You purchased by mistake

• You no longer need the product

• The product doesn’t meet your expectations without a valid technical reason

• Incompatibility with third-party plugins, custom setups, or outdated WordPress installations

✅ Valid Refund Scenarios

We may offer a refund in the following exceptional cases:

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake

• The product is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
